Overview

Phone support/consulting is the most comprehensive assistance ExclamationSoft offers. Since we charge by the hour, we will work with you for as long as needed.

Terms and Conditions

With Phone Support, we can remotely connect to your system, talk with you on the phone, and look at how you have things configured, make recommendations and/or changes to your configuration. Phone support can also be used for training of 1-5 individuals on how to use our product effectively.

  1. Phone support is a premium service and not included with the
  2. Phone support is charged at $100 per hour in 15 minute increments.
  3. Phone support will be scheduled in advance and provided by a product developer during our normal business
  4. Upon request, a statement of work will be provided for a cost
  5. When necessary, we can remotely connect to your system to better assess, troubleshoot, and resolve your issue.
