A Watch Item or Transaction unexpectedly shuts down or stops monitoring
The log file does not show any current updates
First, try suspending the Watch Item/Transaction by clicking on the "Suspend" button on the toolbar, and then activate the Watch Item/Transactio by clicking on the "Activate" button on the toolbar. Check the log file for updates.
If suspending and activating the Watch Item/Transaction does not help, restart the WebWatchBot service: Select the menu options Tools -> Stop Service, Tools -> Start Service.
Finally, attempt to determine the cause. Check the Windows application event log for entries by WebWatchBot that indicate an error. Report all errors to ExclamationSoft support.
