How to Get Technical Help

WebWatchBot is fully supported through our online support system Customers with registered products must log into our Customer Center.

We are available Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern time in the United States of America.

Response times to support requests generally range from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond during the weekdays and 48 hours during the weekend.

We offer telephone support, which is not included in the regular maintenance, and is a per incident or per hour charge.
